ASSIST Flexi Support Package – Purchase Hourly Blocks DOWNLOAD FLEXI IT PDF BROCHURE

Designed for businesses and organisations that do not require any regular onsite IT support services and have a limited budget. You  only purchase a number of service hours. Customers can save up to 40% off our standard rates and charges.
This package is designed for businesses/schools with less than 10 users and no dedicated server.

ASSIST Complete IT Support Package DOWNLOAD COMPLETE IT PDF BROCHURE

Our most common and cost effective support package.
A regular support package includes service levels, Remote Monitoring 24x7x365, Remote Support and Scheduled Preventative Management.
Prices start from $25.00ex per user per month, a small price to pay to give both the users and the business, IT infrastructure with high availability and minimal disruption.

ASSIST Virtual IT Department Package DOWNLOAD VIRTUAL IT PDF BROCHURE

For a fixed annual fee, ASI will take all responsibility and deliver the services for all of your IT requirements.
This package includes all of the ITIL practices and framework.  The overall benefit to organisations is a fixed price for all IT services to control IT budgeting.
Prices start from $50.00ex per user per month. Businesses and organisations with 100 users pay approx. $60,000.00 per annum for all services including a wide range of specialist design and installation engineers.

Note: Ad Hoc Support - Any customer can call, fax or email the ASI Service Desk and request Ad Hoc services charged on a time and materials basis.
