Rowing Australia moved to ForwardIT last year as a result of breaches to our IT system as well as poor system performance and support. In addition, our hardware had also suffered from proper maintenance and licences were out of date.

ForwardIT moved quickly to update security, equipment and licencing (as well as helping RA benefit from preferential Microsoft pricing as a result of being a Not for Profit organisation). The changeover was handled very professionally and with an absolute minimum of disruption to our staff. RA now has a much more robust system that is also able to support Remote Desktop access, which is essential to an organisation with travelling sporting teams.

ForwardIT are also supplying RA with ongoing IT support, which is keeping our systems protected and up to date at all times. We enjoy our partnership with ForwardIT and highly recommend their services.
