Enterprise Clients

Many of our larger clients have multiple locations and are either global, APAC or ANZ based. We offer an Australian based Service Desk, with 24×7 options, Professional Services, Managed Services, Project Management, ASI Direct Service Delivery, Service Level Agreements and Service Portal access, as well as reporting capabilities.

Some international service providers also sub-contract us to provide project management and delivery services to their clients across Australia. This usually occurs when the international client does not have a direct IT presence. Some clients, such as Telstra, use us as a supplier under panel contracts for specific product and services.

Small-to-Medium (SMB) Clients

Most small to medium business clients need us to assist with their overall IT requirements. We assist these clients with Server, PC and Mobile product procurement and services, Email and Internet technical support, Data Storage, Printer/Scanner technical services and more.

Many SMB clients expand across Australia into new locations and need a National service provider. We understand the need for flexibility in supporting these expanding businesses. Our service contracts can be as flexible or as stringent as needed.
