Frequently asked questions

ASI Cloud is a multi-cloud platform that lets you deploy, run and manage workloads across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, ASI Cloud and your own on-premises VMware or Nutanix environment, through a single modern interface. It is sold and supported in Australia by ASI, so you get the reach of a multi-cloud platform with local people accountable for it.

Pricing is usage-based. You pay for the vCPU, RAM and storage you use, without the hidden charges common on the hyperscalers, such as IOPS or egress fees. AI tools are available to help optimise and reduce your overall usage over time.

You can manage workloads across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, ASI Cloud and on-premises environments, including your own VMware or Nutanix AHV clusters, from the one interface. That means you keep the environments you already run and manage them consistently, rather than juggling separate admin portals.

Security is built into the platform. Data is protected with micro-segmentation and 24/7 monitoring, and workloads run in ISO 27001-compliant T3+ data centres. Disaster recovery runbooks, test plans and synchronous replication are available to keep you running if something goes wrong.

ASI’s level 3 cloud engineers support the platform in Australia. You can reach them via Teams chat, phone, email or web ticketing, so when you need help you deal with people who know your environment, not a generic support queue.

Yes. ASI Cloud runs on 100 per cent renewable energy in carbon-zero data centres, so you can meet sustainability goals while you scale, without adding to your carbon footprint.
