IT solutions for government, from a supplier who’s been on the panel since 1991

ASI has delivered technology for government since 1991, long before Essential Eight, ISM or whole-of-government panels existed. Our roadmap for departments and councils still starts with the same question: what actually keeps services running for the people who rely on them?

The IT solutions roadmap for government

Each of ASI’s solution pillars maps to a real pressure departments and councils are under today. This is the roadmap we walk through with every government client, in whatever order compliance and operations require.

The government contracts we’re listed on

ASI holds a position on ICT hardware, software and services panels across every Australian state and territory, plus whole-of-government and portfolio-specific arrangements at the federal level.

Frequently asked questions

We hold a position on ICT hardware, software and services panels across every Australian state and territory, plus federal whole-of-government arrangements through the Digital Transformation Agency. See the full list by jurisdiction above, or talk to us to confirm coverage for a specific procurement.

In most cases, yes. If your department or council already has access to a panel ASI is listed on, you can procure directly through that arrangement rather than running a new tender. We’ll confirm which panel applies before you commit to anything.

Yes. Through the Digital Transformation Agency’s Whole of Government Cloud Services Panel, we deliver compute and storage infrastructure as a service at both UNCLASSIFIED/DLM and PROTECTED classifications.

We assess where a department currently sits against the Essential Eight maturity model, then prioritise the gaps that reduce real risk rather than the ones that are quickest to tick off. That’s usually a mix of patching, access control and backup work most teams have been meaning to get to.

Yes. Our managed services are aligned to ITIL principles, which gives departments a familiar structure for service levels, incident management and change control instead of a bespoke process to learn.

Yes. We’ve supported NFPs alongside local, state and federal government departments for over three decades, often under the same procurement arrangements government agencies use.
