Sydney, Australia – 08 May 2026: ASI Solutions, an Australian-owned technology partner focused on making lives easier through agile, reliable technology at scale, today announced the acquisition of JTC Technology, a specialist provider of dedicated IT support services to schools.
The acquisition brings JTC’s established school support model into ASI’s broader services capability, strengthening its ability to deliver consistent, practical technology support that reduces day-to-day disruption and helps schools keep systems running reliably.

What JTC Technology brings
For more than 25 years, JTC Technology has worked closely with schools, providing on-site and managed IT support designed around how education operates. Its approach centres on being embedded in schools, building long-term relationships, and developing a strong understanding of each environment and the pressures faced by educators and IT teams.
The addition of more than 60 experienced education technology professionals further strengthens ASI’s ability to support schools at scale, while maintaining the close, relationship-driven approach that schools value.
Mark Harrison, Managing Director at JTC Technology, said the alignment between the two organisations was clear from the outset.
“Our focus has always been on delivering dependable, day-to-day support that works in the reality of a school environment,” Harrison said. “That means being on site, knowing the school, and being able to step in quickly when something goes wrong. Joining ASI allows us to continue that approach with more capability behind us.”
What this means for schools
Bringing JTC’s advisory and on-site expertise into ASI expands both capacity and the depth of service experience available to schools. Combined with ASI’s national supply and services capability, schools can move more easily from planning through to implementation, with support that remains consistent throughout.
Justin Lowe, Director at ASI Solutions, said the acquisition is grounded in a clear focus on improving how schools are supported.
“Technology is critical in schools, but when something doesn’t work, it impacts classrooms immediately,” Lowe said. “What matters is having support that understands the environment and can respond quickly without adding complexity.”
“JTC has built a model that reflects how schools actually operate, with people embedded in schools and strong, long-term relationships,” he said. “Bringing that into ASI strengthens our ability to deliver support that is practical, responsive and consistent day to day.”
Nathan Lowe, Managing Director at ASI Solutions, noted the growing complexity schools are navigating.
