Sydney – 06 March 2026: ASI Solutions is proud to announce that four team members have been named finalists in the Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA) 2026, recognising their outstanding contributions to the technology industry and their leadership across the ICT community.

Now in its eleventh year, the Women in ICT Awards celebrate the achievements of women driving innovation, leadership, and meaningful change across Australia’s technology sector. In 2026, 222 finalists were selected from a pool of more than 100 organisations and over 372 nominations submitted, highlighting the depth of talent and impact across the industry.

Recognising ASI Solutions’ exceptional talent

ASI Solutions is honoured to have four exceptional finalists recognised across partner categories this year:

  • Sharon Dunn – Culture and Equity Champion Finalist
    This category recognises an influential individual who actively drives culture and equity initiatives through mentoring and thought leadership across the technology industry. Sharon has been recognised for her leadership in championing inclusive workplace practices and fostering diverse teams that empower individuals to thrive both within ASI and across the broader ICT community.
  • Deanne Palmer – Rising Star Finalist
    Open to women with ten years or less experience in ICT, the Rising Star award celebrates emerging leaders making a significant impact early in their careers. Deanne’s recognition reflects her growing influence within the industry, demonstrating strong business acumen, deep market expertise, and a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Christiana Spiropoulos – Shining Star Finalist
    The Shining Star category recognises professionals with 11–20 years’ experience in ICT who have a proven record of achievement and leadership. Christiana has been acknowledged for her consistent high performance and her ability to drive strategic initiatives that contribute to organisational growth and success.
  • Beti Nicolas – Achievement Finalist
    Open to professionals with more than 21 years of experience in ICT, the Achievement award celebrates individuals who have delivered outstanding contributions throughout their careers. Beti’s nomination recognises her longstanding leadership, business impact, and reputation as a respected industry role model.

The WIICTA 2025 winners will be announced on Tuesday 28 April 2026, at a gala celebration attended by leading industry professionals and executives. This event will spotlight the achievements of female leaders who continue to break barriers and set new benchmarks for success in technology.
