At ASI Solutions, we’ve always believed that success is built on people, partnerships, and possibility. This year’s CONNECT 2025 was a celebration of all three, bringing together our amazing team from across Australia and New Zealand, along with our valued partners, to mark 40 years of innovation and growth.
Over three unforgettable days, we combined learning with collaboration, recognition with celebration, and reflection with a bold look toward the future.
We kicked off day one with an interactive business simulation led by Shaun Kenny from People of Influence. This session challenged us to think differently, encouraging teams to explore new ways of solving complex problems. It was an engaging, hands-on experience that set the tone for collaboration and innovation throughout the conference.
Building on this energy, we moved into a high-intensity group hackathon, where teams worked side by side to tackle challenges with creativity and passion, demonstrating how diverse ideas can spark powerful solutions.
Throughout the day, we also had the chance to interact and network with our sponsors, whose presence and input added an extra layer of richness to CONNECT 2025 by fostering shared learning and meaningful conversations.
We closed the day in true ASI style, with a memorable night at Madame Tussauds. With the theme “Dress as Someone Famous”, the evening was full of laughter, incredible costumes, and a chance to unwind and celebrate.
The second day of CONNECT 2025 was all about fresh ideas and new perspectives. A highlight was the customer panel discussion, which brought together Paul Eaton from Ramsay Health Care, Lisa Woodley from ZapCentral, and Manuel Vlandis from Netball NSW. Their thought-provoking conversations offered a firsthand look at the challenges and opportunities shaping our industry, sparking plenty of reflection and discussion among the team.
We were also privileged to hear market insights from Mark Iles, who provided valuable perspectives on where the industry is heading and how ASI can continue to grow and innovate.
The day continued with a dynamic Gold Sponsor panel featuring Snapdragon, HP, Microsoft Surface, and Lenovo. Their insights highlighted the strength of our partnerships and the role collaboration plays in driving innovation for our customers.
As the sun set, the mood shifted from business to celebration. We came together aboard The Jackson on Sydney Harbour for our Gala Awards Dinner, hosted by comedian Dave Thornton. It was an evening of recognition and joy, where we celebrated the outstanding achievements of our people and honoured those who live and breathe our values every day.
The employee awards at CONNECT 2025 were an incredible reminder of the talent, passion, and dedication that make ASI Solutions who we are.

The final day of CONNECT 2025 was about coming together as one, ending the conference as a stronger, more connected team. Shaun Kenny returned to lead an engaging Science of Perception workshop, equipping our employees with tools to better understand how perception shapes decisions, collaboration, and the way we work together.
We then came together for a relaxed team lunch, a chance to deepen relationships across teams and locations, and to celebrate the connections built over the past three days.
CONNECT 2025 was not only a celebration of the past four decades but also a launchpad for the future. Together, as #TeamASI, we’re ready to continue delivering excellence for our customers, building strong partnerships, and driving innovation for the next 40 years and beyond.
