Microsoft Australia recently announced a world first for Surface – Next Business Day, On-site repair! And better still, it’s offered exclusively to Australian customers when purchasing either the new Surface Laptop 5, Surface Pro 9 or Surface Pro 9 5G.

It’s a huge milestone that gives Surface customers the convenience to have their devices repaired from the comfort of their workplaces.

Surface On-Site service and repair

This service is one of the benefits available under the Microsoft Extended Hardware Service Plan Plus with On-Site (“EHS Plus with On-Site”) for eligible Microsoft Surface series devices. This plan is only offered in Australia at this time.


Customer eligibility


EHS Plus with On-Site is a commercial Protection Plan available for purchase by enterprise customers, including educational institutions, through ASI Solutions as a Microsoft Authorised Reseller.

What is covered
