At ASI Solutions we are always looking for new ways to do this. We have recently introduced a new Employee Experience Platform. We launched our first engagement survey using the new platform which provided us with results that clearly say our people think ASI is “A Great Place to Work.”

At ASI Solutions we continue to invest in the development of our people. We have just commenced the roll out of our Leadership Development Program in partnership with the Australia Institute of Management, AIM.

After the turmoil of living in a COVID controlled working environment, we were delighted to be able to bring our people together at our company conference, CONNECT 2022 held at Sanctuary Cove in August this year. It was a joy to the #TeamASI, come together again, embrace, sharing stories and swapping ideas and plain have fun.
